For twenty-five years Mark looked fine on paper — a VP at a major construction company — while anxiety and panic ran underneath. Solham is built from that exact gap, and from the work it took to close it.
He started with a men's group, holding space for people who needed help and didn't know where to put it. That's still the heart of the practice.
